Meet Oscar Juarez! He has been a valued member of the Café Brazil team for over 14 years! He is multi-faceted and talented and has worn many hats throughout the years at Café Brazil. He primarily works in our Bakery in Deep Ellum responsible for our delicious in-house goods such as our Empanadas, Banana Bread and Homemade White Bread that accompany many an Entrée. He also works in the Deep Ellum Kitchen, helps with general maintenance and projects at various stores. He is definitely indispensable!
Oscar has a family of three children consisting of two boys 19 and 18 and a girl of 12 and loves spending time with them. Café Brazil is certainly lucky to have him! His favorite go-to meal at Café Brazil is always the Breakfast Relleno! Who knew Café Brazil has a dedicated Bakery in Deep Ellum and our long-time team member, Oscar is there baking away most days!
