Hey look – we have a new blog!

We’ve been using social tools like Facebook and Twitter to talk to you for a while now. It’s been fantastic having direct communication with you and using these sites to get real-time feedback on how we’re doing – both good and bad!

We’ve stepped it up a notch and look forward to communicating with you though our blog.  Please continue to let us know how we’re doing. We are here to serve.

    Good morning! I just wanted to leave a comment about Cafe Brazil in Dallas on Cedar Springs. My partner and I have been going to this restaurant once or twice a week for several years now. Without exception, our favorite server, David, has made us feel welcomed and given us excellent service. He’s a true asset to your company and the real reason we continue to patronize Cafe Brazil. Please give him our thanks and an “attaboy.” He really deserves it.
